The AAR Labs corporate site (aarlabs.cloud) does not collect payments. There is nothing to refund here.
Product refunds (SnapDeploy)
If you are a SnapDeploy customer and wish to request a refund, the relevant policy is on the SnapDeploy site:
Briefly, refund eligibility depends on the type of charge (subscription, on-demand container minutes, GPU credits, custom domains), whether the Acceptable Use Policy was followed, and the time elapsed since the charge.
